Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") formally constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Student") and BRAINSEED AI FZE ("we", "our", "Brainseed"). By accessing, registering an account, or purchasing any course through our platform, you unequivocally accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you may not access the services.

1. Account Registration & Security

To enroll in our courses, you must create a Brainseed Academy account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Sharing your account or login details with third parties or publicly broadcasting your access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

2. Payments & Intellectual Property

2.1 Billing and Subscriptions

All prices listed are entirely final unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via verified third-party payment gateways perfectly compliant with global PCI standards. In the event of a payment dispute, you agree to contact us first before initiating any chargebacks with your issuing bank.

2.2 Course Access & Licensing

When you purchase a course, BRAINSEED AI FZE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content strictly for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. "Lifetime Access" indicates you will have access to the purchased material for as long as Brainseed natively hosts the course on its platform.

2.3 Intellectual Property Restrictions

All curriculum, video lessons, source codes, text, and proprietary graphics belong exclusively to BRAINSEED AI FZE. You absolutely may not:

• Reproduce, download (unless explicitly permitted), record, or illegally distribute our video content.
• Resell our boilerplate code structures as your own standalone educational commercial product.
• Scrape data, crawl our backend APIs, or attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary platform.

3. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

You agree to navigate our platform respectfully. You will not post any offensive, defamatory, or harmful content in any community forums or review sections. You must not attempt to compromise the security of the servers or interfere with the experience of other users. Any violation gives us the absolute right to suspend your access immediately.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

4.1 Educational Nature

Our courses are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that taking our courses will guarantee employment, massive financial gain, or particular career outcomes. Your success heavily depends on your own effort and execution.

4.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, BRAINSEED AI FZE, its instructors, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our educational goods. In no event shall our total cumulative liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific course in question.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any disputes arising out of your relationship with BRAINSEED AI FZE, shall be strictly governed by the laws of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, completely excluding its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
