5. Returns & Refunds (14-Day Policy)

BRAINSEED AI FZE follows a 14-day refund policy. You have the right to request a refund or return within 14 days of your original purchase. Digital training courses are refundable only if they have not been substantially accessed or streamed. Physical products must be unused, and digital systems undeployed. Marketing service fees are non-refundable once an advertising campaign has been launched. Requests made after the 14-day period may not be honored.

6. Order Cancellations by BRAINSEED AI FZE

BRAINSEED AI FZE reserves the right to cancel any order or service implementation at its discretion. In cases where an order is canceled by BRAINSEED AI FZE, you will be notified as soon as possible, and any fees you have paid will be refunded in full unless you choose an alternative substitution.

8. Governing Law

Your order will be processed in accordance with the laws of Ajman, United Arab Emirates. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Ajman. By using our platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Ajman, United Arab Emirates for resolving any disputes related to these Terms & Conditions.
